How the Club Car DS Steering System Works

The Club Car DS uses a rack-and-pinion steering system. A central rack connects to each front spindle via tie rods, with a threaded tie rod end at each connection point. The right side uses a right-hand thread — using the wrong thread direction will result in improper fitment and unsafe steering. This is the correct RH end for the passenger side.
